How to sync iCalendar with Outlook calendar

Are you referring to the Outlook.com email service or to the Outlook email client (on PC)?

a) If you are referring to the Outlook.com email service, please follow the steps below:

1. Open the Settings app from your Home screen
2. Tap “Mail, Contacts, Calendar”.
3. Tap Add Account in the Accounts page.
4. Select Outlook.com.
5. Enter your Outlook.com address and password.
6. Ensure "Calendar" switch is turned ON, then tap Save.

Please allow a few seconds for syncing to occur, then open iCalendar and follow the steps below:
1. Open your calendars list by tapping on Settings > Calendars > My Calendars
2. Find the Outlook calendar and tap on it in order to mark it for display in iCalendar (a check sign should appear next to it)
3. Tap "Done"
4. Tap “Done”

Your Outlook events should now appear in iCalendar.

b) Otherwise, if you are referring to the Outlook email client (on PC), please follow the steps below:

1. Install iCloud Control Panel on PC as explained here: http://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/pc.html
2. Setup iCloud account on your iOS device: http://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/ios.html

This should sync your Outlook calendar with your iOS device. iCalendar can then sync with your iOS calendar and access your events.

Last step is to make the calendars visible on iCalendar by following the steps below:

1. Open iCalendar
2. Go to Settings
3. Expand Calendars section, then tap on "My Calendars"
4. Ensure all of your calendars are marked for display (check sign should appear next to each).
5. Tap “Done”
6. Tap “Done”

Your Outlook events should now appear in iCalendar.
