Please follow the steps below to delete a subscribed calendar:
1. Go to iPhone/iPad Settings
2. Go to Mail, Contacts, Calendars
3. Under the ACCOUNTS section > Subscribed Calendars, find the calendar you want to delete, and drill into it
4. Tap "Delete Account" to delete the subscription.
