To change the calendar color, please follow the steps below:
1. Open your calendars list by going to iCalendar Settings > Calendars > My Calendars
2. Find the calendar that you would like to change its color, then tap on the little "i" button to the right of it.
3. Edit the calendar title/color as desired
4. Tap "Done"
5. Tap "Done"
If there is no "i" button next to the calendar in question, please try updating the calendar color from the built-in Calendar app (the one that came with your iPhone) and the new color will then migrate to iCalendar.
